Equipment and Uniforms

Purchasing equipment is the players' responsibility. The club has loaner gear that players can borrow for a season if needed.

Currently, SlingIt Lacrosse in San Rafael is offering a starter set of gear which includes a stick, helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, a ball and mouth piece. You'll still need cleats and a cup.

You can also find gear at T&B Sports on Piner Rd. and Play It Again Sports on Santa Rosa Blvd.

The team wears black helmets with light blue bills and chins (if you can get them) and generally black gloves and arm pads. Though white and blue are fine.

Jerseys are loaned to the players and shorts are purchased for an extra amount. Extra orders are put in for sweatshirts, team jackets and team bags.

Mouth guards are mandatory and either soccer cleats or football cleats are fine. Nike Sharks are a good lacrosse cleat because they are wider than soccer cleats and affordable. Lacrosse specific cleats are available but are expensive and you'll need to order them online or buy them at a lacrosse store.
